Default My New Fence

This is my new router fence. Is based on a Shopnotes design which I modified for my needs.

Material is 3/4” veneer plywood and the sliding plates are covered in the front / back with 1/4” hardboard to create the runners. I never worked before with hardboard but I find it to be an excellent material and perhaps I will try to make some templates with it.

The finish is one coat of clear polyurethane.

Very happy with this fence, works like a charm.

Just kidding. Nice job.

Ronald my table top is made out of two 1/2" MDF laminated together with 1 coat of stain and 2 coats of polyurathane.

Very inexpensive and easy to do. That's my second top on the same saw and I will replace it soon with my third since my needs changed again.

Love to replace the top of my saw LOL. Every time it gets better
