Most of the companies that make router mounting plates have also offered them with "twist lock," or bayonet type inserts. I wound up with a Woodpecker plate, which required routing out a little larger rebate. It was more expensive but also thicker, my preference for the Triton.
I also bought the accessory kit of different sizes of inserts, all twist lock. See pix. I really got frustrated with the 3 screw method, too easy to lose track of the screws. I am certain Kreg makes such a plate
