Default Need help setting up for 1/4" box end joints economically(guitar amps/speaker cabs)

I need some help getting setup for 1/4" for building guitar amplifier enclosures. Most of the current "big name" manufacturers use 1/4" box joints for the corners. Is that joint the strongest and easiest for this type of application? I recently acquired a Makita 3612 that is missing the collet and collet nut so I have a router. Now I need to build myself a table and either buy an oak park spacer fence or build a home brew version of one. Anyone have any suggestions how to do this as economically as possible.

Thanks in advance!

I put my pants on just like the rest of you - one leg at a time. Except, once my pants are on, I make gold records!

Hi Thomas,
Drop down to the "Jigs and Fixtures" area, there are several posts in there with some photos.

The problem with experience is I usually get it immediately after I need it.
