Default Kreg Benchtop Router Table

Has anyone noticed that the Kreg stops will not slide past the tall fench hold down knobs. I have emailed Kreg if they offer a replacement for these but received no reply. I decided to replace with small knobs and use small brass knobs to replace the fence knobs for clearance.

The knobs extend behind the fence past the top of the fence. Kreg's flip stop, production stop and the router stop will not slide past the knobs. The back of the stops hit the knobs because of their height. I've had to use a small star knob on the fence and small brass knobs on the back of the fence to clear the star knob. It works but is not handy when adjusting the fence. Hard to believe that their engineers didn't notice it. It isn't a problem if you have the stops near the end of the fence. Other that this, it's a great table to rout on.
