Default shop step stool

i watched bob and rick make this on the woodworking channel and i have decided to have a go, i am going to try and make mitre jig and i was wondering what size it is (it looks about 10 x 18) and also what are the dimensions of the stool.

I live in the UK and i roughly copied the table bob and rick use and my friend brought me the box jointing set after a recent trip to the US,and after watching the router workshop its encouraged me to make more use of my routers
thanks for the help
Kenny
