Thumbs down KREG levelers

I've seen reference to KREG levelers used to set the height of inserts on router tables. There are four of them and they mount in the corners of the cutout. Each one apparently has two screws that can be used to adjust the height of the insert.
I googled them, but have not been able to find a source. Any ideas?
Thanks
Dennis
