Default Thanks for the help

I'm new at the whole forum concept but I've found the tips and suggestions here very helpful and useful.

I asked about router tables and machines. From following various threads I got enough information to clarify my own thoughts and make a buying decision for a new, upscale router and table setup.

Picked up a Freud 1700 combo kit and ordered a table that is basically a clone of the one Norm uses on New Yankee Workshop. Turned out I was able to buy one for about $100 more than material cost so that was worth it to me.

I really just wanted to post this to say a generic Thanks to everyone who posted their views and past results.

It really helped me get a good picture of what I wanted to do. Mind you I spent 20 or 25 hours surfing the threads but that was time well spent.

I don't know how active a poster I will be but I know I'll be an active reader of the material here.

Thanks again for all the good information.

Randy,

Glad you're getting something out of the forum, make sure you show us your table when you get it all set up!
