Question Is the HF router plate gone ?

I was planning on going to the local HF store this weekend and picking up one of thier router plates but when I looked on the web site just now I can't find it. When I do a search for router plate the only result I get is for a 9 piece template guide set.

Does anyone have the part number for it so I can check it that way? Tried calling the store and no one seems to answer right now.

Thanks

Hi Richard

Here's the part number # 94331 , but you may find they don't list them anymore, it's a online item only the norm..I would say they sold them to low and are updating the web site price..you can get the same thing from MLCS/Peach Tree but at double the price or so..

Not the same, it's smaller, thinner and only get one ring, if you want the same as the HF plate go to MLCS and get one , with the free shipping it's almost the same price.

Here is the response I got from HF. Luckily, I ordered mine just in time and received it last week.

Hello,
I was looking on your website for item number 94331 Router Table Insert, and it is no longer listed. Can you tell me if this item is still available?

Thanks!
Darrin

Dear Darrin,

Our apologies, however the Item has been Discontinued and no longer available with us.

Hi DJ

No big deal by the way did you have time to view the DVD's ,you can also just copy them if you want so you have them on hand when you need to check them out when you start your projects..

In-laws have taken most of my time this week, but last night I watched most of that Router Tables Made Easy. Had to force myself to quit for some zzz's. Great stuff. That fence system is genius, as are the rubber grommets/matching bit heights, the adustable pocket hole jig, etc. Even though he's obviously marketing, his ideas are very common sense and useful. Good idea for the copying. I'll do that and get those back to ya, ha. Great stuff for a "reference library".
