Default Incra table & Jessem lift

HI Everybody Well, currently I am fixing to buy a table saw mounted router table. Specifically an Incra 28"x32" TS and I'm trying to decide between the Jessem Rout-R-Lift FX @ $219, or the new Jessem Rout-R-Lift II @ $119. Can anybody tell me if they have had any experience with, or opinions of any of these tables and/or lifts?

If you happen to have a PC 690 router you might want to check out This Post there seems to be a small clearance issue with the PC 690 & the Rout-R-Lift II

Thanks Doug Actually I did see that post and do have a 690. I am also about to purchase an 890. I wonder if the same issue will apply to that series?

Deanp,
I just got Rout-R-Lift II and I can tell you that PC690 fits in it without any issue. The problem JessEM had was with the previous model of the lift.

ANDRZEJLS - Thanks for the info. I wound up buying a Mast-R-Lift II. See my post: "New Router/Table Saw Setup". Sorry I don't know how to attach a link for this post.? Anyway, I wound up buying a Mast-R-Lift II, and it is a dream come true! Love it.

Deanp,
I am glad to hear it. I just added $27.50 digital display (form Amazon) for up/down movement of the router and mounted it over the weekend. It is great. You do not need to measure and remeasure, just set your tool to "0" and you are all set.

bobj3,
Yes, that is the one. Free shipping in USA. You will have to drill and tap 4 (four) holes, 2 (two) in the lift itself and 2 (two) in router plate. Some people say that you could use double face tape. I tried that first (the easiest method to be used first) and found that tape being flexible, the responsiveness of the readout and repeatability was not up to snuff. Once I mounted it with screws, it worked flawlessly. No more height gauge or caliper. What a time saver, not to mention errors. My fence is based on Freud SH-5 with independent adjustment of in and out fence to within .001". It works great as a joiner as well. I am thinking of adding same digital display to each of the fence so I wont have to remember the amount of revolutions (each is .050") I made.
