Hello out there. Just checking in to announce my new table saw/router setup. I've just attached my new Incra 28X32 ($199 from Amazon w/free shipping.)table to the right side of my Delta table saw to replace the 32" board that was supplied originally with the saw. Everything connected perfectly and is stronger than the original in that it is slightly thicker and also came with angle irons(2) to attach underneath. Solid. I also purchased a Jessem Mast-R-Lift II for $249.00 (a factory defect with a slight blemish on the underside of the plate.)No problem and an $80 saving! For a fence, I'm in the process of making a nice unit to attach to my table saw fence. Now it's time for a new router which I think will be a P/C 894 for now. A P/C 7518 is a future candidate. However I just read a review on line that someone claimed the 890 can/will overheat in an inclosed unit. I have a Rockler "Dust Bucket" on order and am concerned now about this overheating issue. Has anyone had any overheating problems they can caution me about? Now I can unload my HORRIBLE old Craftsman router table. It will not be missed. I will keep you updated as to how this setup is working out, but I think everything will be rosy.
