Default Triton router

Does anyone have the phone # for customer service? I have sent them 2 e mails with no response. I need to order some parts and need a little help.

I think they make a great unit ahead of it's time, but not sure about service.

Hi Les - I think Triton service and support is a bit dicey, at least at the moment. I picked up their JOF001 (the little guy) about a month ago and called to see about an buying some accessories. Seems HTC Products Inc. was handling sales and service support for North America but seem to have had a falling out with Triton. At the time I called, the guy I talked to said they were getting out of the support business with Triton. Don't know who, when or if anyone else is taking up the slack. Shame too, I like my little JOF, especially since I modified a Milescraft plate for it. Best dust control ever on the thing.
Anyway, to answer your question, here's a number for HTC Products, maybe they can put on to something.. Keep us posted

The problem with experience is I usually get it immediately after I need it.

Talking Good news

jschaben,

Good news I think, I found where fine woodworking had contacted HTC who took over triton as you said. They had a number at the bottom of there reply. It wasn't quite right but got me to the right one. Try this one and see if they can help; 1-855-227-3478, the person didn't mention triton when she answered, but when I ask for triton parts she connected me.

My unit has been around since 2006 I believe and the through the table life quit working. He was aware of the problem and told me he would ship the new parts out in steel instead of nylon, no charge. I guess you can't beat that.

Thanks for your response.

Thanks Les - Good to know. I don't really need any service just yet. The milescraft plate fixed the issue with the router. I have also got their 10" SCMS though. Haven't any problems with it yet but I like to have a place to go if I do.
