Default Reverse Skies

I ended up in a situation where I needed half owel with a precise measure. It will be part of a mold for GRP.

It did not work to split it with a saw, the precision was too poor.

After some thoughts I glued to square pieces on the ends of the dowel. The ends I let the stick out so I had a handle. Then it became easy to mill away half in the table-mounted router. I raised routerbit bit at a time and could measure so that I routed away too much.

Very cool, that sounds like a great way to do it.
