Default Triton Installation on Incra Table

I am new to the forum and have a fairly complete shop. I am restoring a 100 year old house on the National Registry. I just finished the qtr. sawn oak kitchen cabinets using Sommerfelds tongue & groove methods in shaker styling.

My Freud / Incra LS17 Table router got quite the workout and has developed a noise and vibration, suspect bearing, and decided to try the Triton TRA001. It is the new version with metal height adjustment screw and crank. After preparing to redrill my Freud Incra plate rather than buying a new one, I noticed that the PDF file in another posting was not quite right and could not open the AutoCad DXF file. I reverted to my toolmaking layout skills and got that done. I also had to machine out the 3 1/8" hole in the Triton base to 3 5/8" to allow use of 3 1/2" panel cutters. This requires removing the roll pins in the base for disassembly and a metal lathe to bore it out. All went well. I attached my digital readout to the Triton using the mounting post for the stationary knob when it was removed. My only con about the installation is the reach for the collet lock at the rear of my dust collection box in my cabinet but the Freud was not much better. Happy Woodworking........
