Default Adapting a Bosch 1617 router

I reciently purchased a Bosch model 1617EVS to replace my Craftsman Professional model 315.269210. My problem is that the bolt pattern on the Bosch is different than the craftsman and wont fit my cast iron router table PN 11108008 on table saw model no. 315.228390. Is there an adapter to make this happen? What other options do I have?

You can fill in your mounting holes with JB Weld and sand it smooth. The next step is to drill and countersink new holes using the sub base plate as a template.

Kris, I know it's not the same but you have a bunch of new friends here to help you learn.
