Hi Joe - Welcome to the forum
"Best" is always debateable, what works well for me, may not be worth beans to you. I have the Freud with built in lift and it works good for me but has one issue in that, on occasion, the fence blocks the above table access point. I don't have a huge problem with that as the adjustment is easily accomplished from below the table as well. I believe that one of the "sidewinder" lift configurations would probably eliminate the issue but it hasn't been enough of a problem for me to invest any money in trying.
