Default router table built

I've been woodworking for few years now as a hobby and this is my first router table build. The top was made from 2 pieces of counter top that Menard's are selling for $1.49 a piece 12 x 36 inches. I glued this to a 3/4 MDF and came out 30 x 18 table. The plate is 1/2 thick lexan flexiglass and I installed 8 set screws with magnet for leveling. The fence is my old router cross cut and just added high fence and vacuum attachment. Table was also made from the same counter top from Menards. Vacuum attachment in the inside came with my craftsman's router and the outside fence vacuum uses some pvc. The table top is mounted using 4 knob screws so that it is removal for storage or transport.Project total cost is approximately $55 where most accessories are from my old router table

Very nice... I am waiting on delivery of a router plate so I can make an attempt at a table. Looking at all that I can for ideas. As I am a newbie to routers who knows what kind of a mess I will end up with. But thats ok. I got a couple of Menards specials too. 24" x 36" x 1-1/2" thick.

Great table, now rethinking materials, gonna start looking at countertop discards at Lowes/Home Depot.

Okay, now that I have a router table I started making some jigs ...first on the list is a coping jig then I crested the circle cutter for my band saw. But I definitely need to pimp my vacuum too.
