Default New Router and Insert Plate Combination

I would like to upgrade my router to a more powerful (3.25hp) model. At the same time I would like to change the plate in my homemade router table. I cannot justify purchasing a sidewinder or any other lift. My current thinking is to purchase a Milwaukee 5625 router and Woodpecker aluminum plate. THe 5625 would at least give me some items that I could perform without removing he router. Any thoughts/suggestions would be grealty appreciated.

The Milwaukee 5625 is a good router. But also look at the Bosch MRC23EVSK. Its 15 amps like the Milwaukee. Also has an always on led. A power cord that swivels and has fixed & plunged bases. Its also cheaper......
