Where the heck were you when I was getting my parts together???? Guess I should have asked, I thought I was getting a great deal on my Oak Park plate even though they didn't have the one I needed, I knew I could drill out for my router. Still I paid over 25 bucks on closeout and ended up with one that has too large a center hole to use my brass guide inserts. I have looked high and low and at last found some inserts for that size that come with the rear ring, now if I can find out if the guides that Oak Park still sells will fit that ring deal from Lee Valley as they have a lot of the guides left but no brass rings to keep them in place. I did find a screw on deal that may let me use my normal 1 3/16 guides in the oak park 1 1/2 inch hole but I haven't tried it as of yet, I think it may work but it appears it will interfere with the full extension of the router bit as it will limit the hight of the bit somewhat by hitting the collet nut? Perhaps not guess I should try it. I did order a couple of inserts and a couple of rings from Lee Valley and I will order one of the 3/4 inch guide for my table so I can make one of those little miter guide deal that Oak Park used to sell as seen on the Router Workshop ( I did want to order one but they are sold out, found one online but it was gone a few hours after the fellow posted it.
