if you want to use your router table. use the hole that you have drilled in the corner of your part.take a piece of 1/2 plywood or mdf clamp it down to your router table top.with a straight bit or spiral bit.cut up through the plywood you have clamped to your top.now measure form the hole you just cut through plywood half the diameter the cicle you want to cut and dill a hole the same diameter as the corner hole on your part.put a dowel pin in the hole you drilled in the plywood.now take square and draw lines one the plywood top at each side of the hole you cut through it.you can use these line so you know where the bit is cutting.now mark your part with the starting and stopping point or the arc .put the part over the dowel pin line up the marks on the top and on your part cut up through your part put a stop a the opposite end of your part. now lower the router bit rotate your part and line it up with the other end of your arc and cut all the way throught it and put a stop there.now lower the bit down and set for 1/8 high and cut your arc keep moveing the bit up 1/8 at a time till you get all the way through your part. hope this makes sense to you
