I am trying to locate plans for a router table that is built onto a wing of a table saw.

Welcome to the forum .
What type of table saw do you have . General makes one for there table saw ,,and Incra has a system for table saws to, and there's others.

In my case I am going to mount an Incra router plate in my table saws extension

It will probably be easier to find plans for building a standard router table and then modify the plan dimensions to fit your saw. I have attached a picture of the one from MLCS so you can see how simple this modification would be. I have the cast iron extension from MLCS on my Jet TS but they offer the laminated MDF version shown in the picture.
