Default What to do? what to do?

Finally getting around to finishing the add-on for my table saw and cut the plate hole today for my 'purchased used' Jessum Rout-r-lift II...and then discovered that they are specific to router type/models...ugh.

The one I bought is for the Hitachi M12vc-Km2vc and I only have 2 PC 690's (one fixed and one plunge)...so, do I
1) Sell the Jessum and buy the right model or
2)Sell one of the 690's and buy a M12vc?

I hate impulse purchases that wind up costing me money...well, you know what they say about ASSuming...

seriously...
add a router...
go w/ the Milwaukee 3.5 HP...
or a 1617 Bosch...

once operational.. you will not regret owning that lift....

This would have been the week that I'd have finished chewing thru the restraints...
If only new layers hadn't been added....

Stick....

That won't work with this lift Stick. This model only fits routers with a 3-1/4" diameter motor... the Hitachi M12VC. Most lifts fit the big routers and can have inserts to reduce the clamping range to fit. The Hitachi "K" prefix means it is a combo kit.

2nd route would be to sell and upgrade to the Master II...

The Mast-R-Lift II works with the following router motors:

Porter Cable 7518/690/890
Bosch 1617/1618
DeWalt 610/618/616
Makita 1101
Hitachi M12VC & KM12VC
Milwaukee 5625/5615/5616/5619
Craftsman 17543/17540/28190
Rigid R29302.

Thanks for the info Mike & Stick...I'll have to think on it a bit. Some money now, some later...MORE money now, a little later...bah, I've got to read more details.
