Default New Router for Table

We just had to replace our table mount router due to extended use of a 12* bevel with bead panel raising bit...............it was just too much for the PC 7529's vari-speed module. After a lot of reading of reviews we went with the 3 1/4 hp Triton................wow....what a great router !!
It is designed smart and has plenty of power........even taking a big bit at slow speeds, the Triton doesn't even falter or slow at all.........speed remains constant through the entire cut on the tall side of rock maple door panels.
We could have saved a buck or two by ordering from Sommerfelds for $200.00, but needed it now, so gave $215.00 at Woodcraft.
Twice the router at half the price!
Just wanted to throw my opinion out here if anyone else was considering these Tiawan made, Aussie designed machines. Feel free to PM if you have specific questions.

Congrats on the new router! It does have a good reputation as a great table router.
