Thanks for responding. Actually I've got a set of that size, but like the one linked, the cutter is a 2" diameter so its a non-starter. I'm looking for a cutter 1" in diameter.

Wow. That's it. The 1/4" shank I could live with. From my perspective, its such a simple and useful design for rabbeting for a back when the panels are unassembled. It would fit in the 1-3/8" hole in my router base without my having to change to a specially bored out base.
I'm envious of your resources on the other side of the world from me.

That is precisely what I was looking for. Many thanks for looking that up for me. You're right, at $53.00, it is a little expensive.
With the bewildering array of brands and styles of router bits we have available in the USA, I thought this bit configuration would have been a standard with several makers. When I needed it, I went to my router bit drawers and found nothing suitable.
