This build was a subjet of a magazine article here in the UK.

After making the mistake of saying I made good use of a router in my Mercedes Build the comment should have been in this post.

Anyway I made this using the Toys and Joys plans, and as you can see there is a bit of rounding over where the router came in useful. Also the very small 1/2 round detail I produced on the router table these are less than 1.5mm in some cases. I had to delve into my dolls house router bit set for those see the last picture of those with a ruler to show the size

Hey Derek! I really like that. It looks real. What kind of wood did you use? I am guessing walnut and maple.

The darker wood is some reclaimed mahogany and the lighter wood is beech. The dark wood that is the folded roof is American black walnut.
The wheels are shop brought ones
