Pat because I frequent Amazon , they send me emails with weekly deals and one happened to be a PC 75182 , the model without a base . Got such a good deal that even after shipping to Canada I was way a head .

Agrees, Amazon has some good deals and if you can afford to wait and keep checking they offer it for even less. I recently bought a Wixy 365 for $38 instead of the usual $43.

 

If I remember correctly Woodcraft offers the motor only on sale at least once a year for $299.00

 

All the lift makers I've looked at offered the 7518 and 19. I can't remember what most of them were asking. It's been a few years since I concluded I didn't need a lift.
