I have been working with hardwoods to make lazy susans using the 'wood mosaic' type of glued on surface. It has worked great using jigs on my bandsaw. I was interested in making t-tracks in sacrifice fences using a t slot router bit that works on common hex-head bolts but don't know the difficulties I will have. Thanks for any advice.

Welcome to the forum, Richard.

You should not have problem with T-slot router bit, but some of the bits require a groove cut first with a straight bit.

Richard, double sided tape will usually be enough to attach your wood to a fence or guide block.
