This is the English section of the manual for the AP98 lipping planer, a specialised tool for flush planing applied hardwood lippings. The early lipping planers used a solid HSS cutter (TCT optional) whilst the later ones have a wedge lock TC-RT type cutter. Other than that differences are cosmetic.
