It is all personal coice on what profile you like best. I prefer the simple profiles best, Mission and Shaker, I do have a fairly common Ogee set, but have never used it. Don't like it all that much.
What I do want to suggest is that you make certain that your bit set has matched shank lengths. You set the first bit and the rest cut correctly without any further adjustment. These are matched bit sets. Mine are all Sommerfeld sets, but just as good are the Freud matched bit sets. If the Rockler bits are NOT matched, you get to fiddle and adjust to get a perfect alignment.
If the Rockler bits are matched sets, they should be OK. Bit sets are not cheap and so there's no point is scrimping on them. To make them match, you want to drop a half inch grommet into the collet so they all bottom on the grommet. Notice that's grommet, not O-ring.
You might want to look for YouTube videos by Marc Sommerfeld where he demonstrates door making. His company sells the products he uses, but he's a very experienced cabinet maker and his technique works great for any kind of bit. His company also sells star shaped EasySet jigs, yellow for his bits, red for Freud. These jigs cover the major profiles and let you set the height for the first bit in a set, and the rest match from there. The jigs also account for the exact thickness of your stock. I LIKE em. Each of the eight legs fit a specific bit. They're $30, cheap.
I suggest you peruse the online catalogs for both Freud and Sommerfeld to choose the next profile in your collection.
I also have a glass door door making set, which is interesting because you are really building a display case that keeps the dust out.

I keep the Sommerfeld catalog on hand so I can see what I'm thinking of doing. I don't think there is a nickle's worth of difference between similar sets from each maker. Both are top quality. Don't have other brands, so I can't really comment on them.
