Hi Thewoodbasher,
I use 3 routers a small 90s Ryobi, a Workzone and old Stanley all hand held. They all have different router bits for doing different parts of the signs.

Wow!! Those look amazing. How many did you mess up before you got that good? I was thinking about making my wife a welcome sign.
What kind of wood do you use ?

Hi jokker1978,

Thank you for compliment. I've only mess up one which was the sign welcome with the hearts on. I used a 2mm straight bit to take out the inside of the letters but pieces were breaking out everywhere so that sign was fire wood. So Now I use a real fine pointy router bit to go around the letters before I use the straight bit and I don't have much break outs. But I still have clean up with chisels and sander paper. If you have seen those two wedding signs Bride and Groom they were the first two I ever did about for years ago now. Last week I made another 16 signs some which I have posted and some new one. I just pine to do the signs on. I will post the new ones up as soon as I have finished them.

Thank you for the compliment. Yes I have pretty steady hands as long as I am not too tried.
