Bench Dog fence adjustment

I have the Bench Dog ProMaxRT cast iron table with BD Pro Fence which I purchased with metal cabinet from Rockler. I make several pieces that require mortise & tenon cuts. I need a micro adjuster for this setup, especially one that will accurately pull the fence back from the bit.

I've looked at buying an adjuster however most would need mods to work with this fence. I'm also considering building one from scratch. Do any of the forum members have a micro adjuster for this Bench Dog fence that works well?

I don't have that fence, but the Rockler micro adjuster works well for me. Kreg makes a really nice one that runs in a T-track that I had on my old delta band saw, which might work.

Rockler also has the adjuster pictured below, which would most likely work for you. $25. https://www.rockler.com/micro-adjuster-for-router-table-fence I had one of these, but lost track of it. It's kind of a universal device.

The principle is the same for all of them I've seen. You move the fence to where you think it's close and then clamp the fine adjuster to the table.

I've considered both the Rockler & Kreg models. I will likely use one of those with some mods to enable accurate pull back from the bit.

Never thought of that, I just use the old bump with the hand , test cut, bump again, too much , bump back, oops too much back, lock down that end, bump the other end , test , ahh just right, make my cut.

Micro Adjuster Jig ? WoodArchivist

You can make your own. If you use a 3/8" x 16 bolt then one full turn is 1/16, a half turn is 1/32" and a quarter turn is 1/64". No need for the indicator, just the block and bolt, drill the hole in the block for the bolt slightly smaller than the bolt so it is a firm fit. Clamp the block to the edge of the table. KISS

I think I would need the indicator,and mark the knob in 1/4ths, to get a little more accuracy. My table does have a scale along both sides in imperial and metric.
