Welcome to the Forum. Have you checked ereplacementparts.com or or toolpartspro.com? I saw a couple of them for sale on ebay, and some may have the collets and nuts with them. If this is an older machine, it can be hard to find the parts.
You might also search through Amazon. I was surprised that they have a lot of collets, some list models they fit. Amazon.com : Collet for Black & Decker 7610 router
Checking a little further, the collet was marked "no longer available." I wish the collet makers would put dimensions, thread count, etc. That would make it easier to find something.
This company advertises collets for a wide range of routers, and you might get lucky if they know a substitute. BTW, if they do, let us know so we can add them to the resources. Collets for Routers
