It's not a suggestion you'll want to hear - get rid of BobCAD. Past that, though, which CNC do you have, which controller software for the CNC, what sort of 'not responding' are you getting with BobCAD, etc.? Will the program load but not run, will it run but not generate G-code files, does it lock up when you use it, what OS are you running, etc.?
