Bolt Hole Chamfers with an End Mill

As my CNC doesn't have an automatic tool changer, I'm always looking for ways to avoid bit changes during a job.
I had a project to cut out that has several bolt holes for 1/4-20 flat head bolts. I could have done the chamfers by changing to a V-bit or just doing them on my drill press after the CNC was done. I love a challenge though so I came up with this way to chamfer the holes with the same end mill I used for all the other cuts.

I much prefer to let the CNC do all the steps needed before taking the board off. Eliminating bit changes means I can work on other things with no interruption until the CNC job is completely done.

Can use a Heule Vex-S (drilling + Chamfering in one operation) tool.
Yep. Lots of way to chamfer a hole. I have a set of drill bits that are designed to drill screw holes with a chamfer and optionally with a counterbore. Not very useful on my CNC though. My CNC software even has a chamfer toolpath you can use with a ball end bit. Not having a tool changer on my CNC though is the reason for coming up with a way to chamfer them with the same end mill I use for all the pockets and drilling and profile cuts in the same wood panel job.

FYI:
A member in en.industryarena.com wrote a Wizard to generate "G-code for Hole Chamfer on Curved surface".
The file name is "HoleChamfer4.zip"

(I intentionally refused to V-CarvePro or Aspire or Fusion 360 for anything)
Nice to know Reuel. Thank for posting that info. VCarve/Aspire can map fluting and profile and some other toolpath to 3D surfaces. Chamfering as I've shown above uses the fluting toolpath so it also can be mapped to any 3D model surface in the file. Not sure why, but the possibility exists.
