FYI:Yep. Lots of way to chamfer a hole. I have a set of drill bits that are designed to drill screw holes with a chamfer and optionally with a counterbore. Not very useful on my CNC though. My CNC software even has a chamfer toolpath you can use with a ball end bit. Not having a tool changer on my CNC though is the reason for coming up with a way to chamfer them with the same end mill I use for all the pockets and drilling and profile cuts in the same wood panel job.

A member in en.industryarena.com wrote a Wizard to generate "G-code for Hole Chamfer on Curved surface".
The file name is "HoleChamfer4.zip"
(I intentionally refused to V-CarvePro or Aspire or Fusion 360 for anything)
