Bill - you're looking for Bosch RA1126 Quick Change Template Guide Adapter - they are available on Amazon Canada

I cannot find a listing on Amazon.com and CPOTools.com shows them out of stock.
Edit: Sorry, I reread your post and you mentioned the quick change adapter - that is the RA1126,
but you also mention guide bushings - they are the RA1125. That's a 7 piece set (I have them, purchased fro CPO Tools last year) but they show them out of stock.
