I have a Bosch router table and router. I decided it was time to clean the top if the table. I used Mothers aluminum polish to "smooth" it out.
Question......does the black stuff ever stop coming off the table?
What a mess. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks so much for the information. I try to keep my table clean but that black stuff makes a big mess.
Looks like some mineral spirits and Johnsons paste wax is in order.
