Holy, S**T. These guys are outstanding. I would like to just sit there and watch them do this. What a learning experience! All with hand tools and muscle, using old world techniques. WOW!

Wow! Just Wow!
Not only is the construction amazing from start to finish, but the video is so tastefully done! Best I've ever seen . . .

My wife rolls her eyes when I watch a wood working video.

This one she sat through and was as interested in it as I was.

Wow in deed.

I have to admit, watching this video brought me to tears.

For the love of working with your hands, building a true "family" home.

Wish I could do that still....

Watching this video was a very moving experience. Truly uplifting to watch these dedicated people and to realize that the honest strength of the heart of America is still beating.

The complexity of some of those hand cut joints was amazing. Humans put out aout 1/10th horsepower. Can you imagine doing anything like that using a 1/10 hp tool today?

It seems that Jacob, the carpenter in the video, designs and forges many of the tools used in the video.

A handcrafted felling ax sells for $520, and they have a waiting list.
I'm taking nothing away from the video. It's so beautifully done, I want to buy one of their tools just because.

The hand made tools and knives are amazing.

I'm betting most people don't use them as intended but own them "just because." My wife might not agree but a nice hand made axe like they make would look great framed up.
