Rod, it's obvious that you've been drawing/painting for many years, no one can pick up a burner for the first time and produce such incredible 3 dimensional burnings. Your profile does indicate an artistic background but how about a few more details, I for one am intrigued by your talent.
Hi Lathman: I curious as to where you purchased the burner & what model you would recommend? I have never used one but am willing to learn. Can it be used to make small letters on hardwood? I am making a jewelry box & want to put an "R" on the top of about 2" by 3". I want it to be an Old English type rather than a boxy looking letter (as on signs). Anyway, your work looks fabulous & you are obviously a very good artist. Thanks,
