That's far better than I expected on the replacement, Joe. You can actually take these apart and replace the bearings so I would imagine you could take it apart and make sure the bearings are seated properly w/o having to replace them.

PS - I'm still thinking about that flow indicator. For the first time in over a year of running my pump didn't start like it was supposed to. Fortunately I always check the water flow back into the tank and caught it within about 10 seconds. I remembered bumping into the control panel earlier but didn't realize I had accidentally switched off the water pump - oops!

I honestly didn't think I would ever hit the switch, at least not just right to switch it off. It's a 3-position switch with left on Auto, center is Off, and right is Manual. On occasion I will switch it to manual and let the pump run a bit longer but that's pretty rare.

What surprises me is that I hit it with my knee and didn't hit the much larger and more protruding big red Off button. I'll bet I can't do that again!
