Hello from Norway!
I'm new to this forum and since I need to upgrade from my CoolTech basic routers I have a question.

My primary objective is to have the flexibility to use both 12mm and 1/2" bits in a table (I have a Rockler table w/blank insert). I'm considering two models that comes with both metric and SI collars:

1) CMT 7E 2400W (which is an upgraded version of Triton TRA001 2400W)
2) Felisatti RF67 2200W (which is ex Freud FRFT3000)

Somebody knows if these two models have been tested/compared?

Welcome to the forum Eric. I and some other members have had poor luck with Freud routers whereas few have had problems with Triton. The problems with the Freuds usually meant throwing them away as the repairs were worth as much as the router.

Welcome to the forum, Eric.

If CMT are selling a re-badged Triton, they cannot be too bad...VBG...

I have not used a Felisatti or Freud, but am very happy with my 2 Tritons...

Thanks for the replies and welcome.
Seems like the replies I've gotten indicates that CMT/Triton routers are better built than Felisatti/Freud.
I will try to get a good deal.
