Hello..

I am Bona from Juba-South Sudan.
I operate a CNC router 4x8ft. which has developed some issues.

CNC details;

• Air cooling system
• 2 spindles
• 4x8ft table size
• 4.5kw
• The DSP is weihong nk105-3ms.
• Software version is NK105_04_22_102
• Board Card No. WHNC-0105-TQUO-0175

1. It jerks and can't jog freely. (it jerks constantly even in jog mode)
2. It can't go back to mech reference point. (Jerks with an alarm on)
3. It can't load a g.code tap file. (It indicates NtBkOrig)

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
