CNC Router to Suit 75mm Deep Cuts in MDF

There are dozens of machines capable of doing that. Our shop has a Biesse that cuts sheets all day. The biggest challenge, as I see it, is getting bits long enough to cut that deep. They are available, but pricey and prone to flexing.

You don't mention budget. Ours came in at something like $125K several years ago.

if you just cut half way through than finished with a bearinged flush trim bit you could get by cheaper? dont know how many
or how often you would need that large capacity cnc.i have some projects i cut half through than band saw rest. clean up with
large flush trim bit, works great.
