Would this kit be suitable? ONLY $19.10

For me it shows unavailable. I don't see where it states an acceptable rpm - your minimum of 1,000 may be too much for this. My water cooled spindle says 6k to 24k, fwiw.

Question is would anyone pay USD495 for that 5" (max 10,000RPM) Neiko Floating sanding head

when a 5" (max. 12,500 RPM) sanding head as shown below cost just USD10?

Balance, quality? Granted, that's a huge difference but that leads me to believe there must be something in between.

How can anyone attach abrasives 100% concentrically in order to maintain any perfect balance?
