Hi All. I am a total and complete Newb to routers. My passion has been restoring vintage and antique furniture, but the router opens a completely new medium for me!! I am totally enthralled. Right now I am only practicing with my router! Hope to make a sign for my sister for Christmas!! :smile:

A router is a great tool to have, and versatile. YouTube has a lot of videos that can help you get on the fast track to routing. I have seen numerous videos on hand routing signs. Unfortunately, I don't have a steady hand so I had to cheat and use a template system I got at Rockler.

I made a toy box for my great grand son and made a sign for him.
