I have a Craftsman 315.17380 and need the cable from the handle switch to the motor housing or I am willing to see parts to anyone who needs them.

Welcome to the forum Tom (?). Old Sears router parts are hard to come by. Maybe someone here has a junker with good parts.

(Tom?) I don't know if it will help but any power tool sold by Sears that starts with 315. is made by Ryobi. That might give you more places to look for the part.
