My craftsman 315.75000 has bitten the dust. Motor is fine, but the collet locking mechanism is loose and I'm not willing to put the time in to try and fix it. If anyone needs any parts just let me know, and if they are easy to get to and you dont mind paying shipping I would be happy to send them to a new home free of charge. Donations are welcome for a start out wood worker, but definitely not obligatory!

Welcome to the forum.
That sounds like a great offer.
There can't be too many of those still in use?

Thank you!
I wouldn't guess there were many. I bought it used in a lot of tools from a guy who's dad was a wood worker before he passed. I've liked using it, but parts are basically obsolete, so it's been hard to keep in good working order. I also have a few vintage porter cable routers from that lot that I'm having issues with, but haven't given up on just yet.
