Most after-market fences will require replacing the rails. This is actually a good thing as the rails on the original 113 series table saws were awful, especially the ones that only covered the right side of the saw.
It is hard to recommend Delta these days. However, I put a Delta T-2 30" fence on my saw a number of years ago (I documented the installation on this forum). Delta has since come out with the T-3 which looks like a nice upgrade to the T-2. Like the T-2, I think I have seen the T-3 for under $200 (includes fence and rails). Despite the issues with the company, it still may be worthwhile to look into it.
