I guess this is going back for repair under warranty. I am truly disappointed in this unit

I've had two 618 and one 616 for several years, they have all been completely reliable. Sounds like you got a lemon, even Boeing makes a lemon sometimes. I would much prefer it be replaced under warranty instead of fixed.
