Went to HD today and noticed that DeWalt had an adapter for sale that allows you to use their 20v lithium batteries to run your 18v tools. Amazing. I guess people have been avoiding buying new units when the 18v tools are still working fine. Good for them. This allows you to use your existing tools, while still being in the DeWalt family. When your drill dies, you'll already have the 20v batteries. Smart move on their part, nice deal for DeWalt owners.

Went back and looked at the kit, the batteries are their smallest capacity, OK for screw drivers, but not sure you'd get much run time from them. The highest capacity battery in 20v was $170 per battery!

Bosch kits with the 2ma batteries on sale now too. Don't have to make a choice now.
