I have a Keller 1500 and was just wondering since the bits that goes to that jig has a 5/8" bearing on them can i use a 5/8" guide bushing and the size bit that is shown which is a 7 degree router bit w/ a 3/4" cutting depth for the dovetail and a 916" for the straight bit. I think i will have a problem when using the straight bit because of the ID on the bushing.

You can use a guide bushing if you want as long as the cutter is the same size. The bearing does ensure that the cutter is centered. If using a bushing just make sure it is centered with the center of the collet when you tighten it down to the base so your bit is centered in the bushing.
